The role of the Personal Trainer

The role of the Personal Trainer

Who needs a Personal Trainer and what the Personal Trainer does

In the 30 years of experience in the gym as a Bodybuilder and as a Persona Trainer I can say that the role of the Personal Trainer is very important for those who want to achieve whatever results they are. I skewer the main points:

  • Education in the correct / perfect execution of the exercises , often and as a young man I was one of those people perform the exercises in a not perfectly correct way this leads to a very reduced effectiveness of the exercise itself and consequent delay or absence of results . In the worst case, an exercise performed incorrectly can also lead to damage such as inflammation of the tendons or other minor injuries.
  • Training sheet , often the following sheets are generic and not studied on the needs, lifestyle and physical structure of the individual
  • Nutritional advice , combining a well-studied training program with a correct diet in order to obtain a certain result maximizes the achievement of results exponentially.
  • Mental attitude and focus during training , in my experience it is perhaps one of the primary tasks of the Personal Trainer, 95% of people are unlikely to achieve adequate concentration and determination during training, normally it is around the 60% of their potential, The Trainer Person’s task is to ensure that the subject can perform 110% in training and that 10% over our limit is what makes the difference between having exceptional or mediocre results.
  • Trust , the Personal Trainer must, or at least I do so, win the trust of his client who must follow all his indications as far as possible. The only way to achieve this is to get tangible results.
