Update July 2023: After competing at a moderate level between the 1990s and 2000s I took a long break from the world of bodybuilding. One year ago from July 2022 I made the decision to take on a new challenge, get back competitive and compete at over 50 years old. I therefore resumed training and following an adequate diet.
